Accessibility
Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone, what we have done, and where we know it still falls short.
Effective August 4, 2026
Our commitment
Many of the people arranging care through this site are doing so for someone with a disability, and plenty are living with one themselves. A website that is hard to use is not a small problem in that context, so we take this seriously.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met, with the specific exceptions listed below.
We would rather list our gaps honestly than claim a conformance level we have not verified.
What we have done
The site uses proper landmark regions and a single, logical heading structure, so screen-reader users can navigate by heading or region rather than reading everything in order.
Every form field has a label associated with it in code, not just placeholder text that disappears when you start typing.
Interactive elements show a visible focus outline when reached by keyboard, and the whole care request can be completed with a keyboard alone.
A "skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard reaches on every page, so you do not have to tab through the navigation each time. It moves focus, not just the scroll position.
All text meets the AA contrast minimum against its background, including small supporting text such as footer links.
Photography on the site is decorative. Every piece of information a photograph illustrates is also written in text nearby, so nothing is lost if images do not load or are not announced.
The star rating is announced as "five out of five stars" rather than as five separate unnamed images.
The page is built to reflow to narrow screens and to remain usable when text is enlarged.
Known limitations
We know about the following and intend to address it:
The site has been checked using automated tooling and manual inspection, but has not yet been tested by people who use screen readers and other assistive technology day to day. That testing is the most valuable thing still outstanding, and until it happens we would rather say so than imply a level of confidence we have not earned.
Tell us when we get it wrong
If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to know. Please tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you were using. Write to privacy@mynoblehealth.com.
We aim to respond within five business days. If something is blocking you from arranging care, say so and we will deal with it as a priority. In the meantime we will simply arrange the care with you directly.
If our response is not good enough
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your report, write to Noble Health Inc., 1618 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450, and ask for it to be escalated.
