What this website is

This site describes the non-medical in-home care services Noble Health provides and lets you request care. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer or a guarantee that services are available in your area or on your timeline.

Not medical advice, and not for emergencies

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Noble Health provides non-medical care, meaning help with daily living. Not nursing, therapy, or medical treatment.

This website is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency. If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. A care request submitted here will not reach anyone in time to help.

Submitting a care request

Submitting a care request starts a conversation. It does not create a care relationship, reserve a caregiver, or obligate either of us to anything. Care begins only when we have spoken with you, completed our intake, and both signed a service agreement.

We aim to respond to every request promptly during business hours. We cannot guarantee a response time through this website.

Please give accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to judge whether we can safely meet the need described.

Your responsibilities

Use this site lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or automated requests.

Do not submit anyone else’s personal or health information unless you are entitled to share it on their behalf.

Intellectual property

The content, design, photography, and marks on this site belong to Noble Health Inc. or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Where this site links to another organization, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or current.
