Nondiscrimination
Noble Health provides care without discrimination, and will help you communicate with us in the way that works for you.
Effective August 4, 2026
Our commitment
Noble Health Inc. provides care without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or veteran status. We comply with the civil rights laws that apply to us.
This applies to who we accept as a client, how we assign caregivers, and how we treat the people we care for and their families.
Communication and accessibility assistance
If a disability makes it hard to communicate with us in our usual way, tell us and we will find one that works, including providing information in large print or another accessible format.
If English is not your first language, tell us and we will arrange interpretation so that you can discuss care in the language you are most comfortable in.
There is no charge for either.
Caregiver matching
Families often ask for a caregiver of a particular background, language, or sex. We will always try to honor a preference rooted in the comfort, dignity, or communication needs of the person receiving care, especially language and personal-care preferences.
We will not act on a request that amounts to discrimination against our caregivers.
How to raise a concern
If you believe we have fallen short of this commitment, tell us. Write to privacy@mynoblehealth.com, or to Noble Health Inc., 1618 S Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450.
We will acknowledge your concern, look into it, and respond to you in writing. No one who raises a concern in good faith will be treated differently for doing so.
