How we handle your information

Privacy Policy

What Noble Health collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and who else can see it.

Effective August 4, 2026

The short version

We collect what you tell us in a care request, and very little else. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and there are no advertising trackers on this website.

This policy covers mynoblehealth.com. Care that has already begun is governed by your service agreement with Noble Health Inc., not by this page.

What we collect when you request care

The care request asks for the ZIP code where care is needed, your relationship to the person who needs care, when care should start, roughly how many hours are needed, how you expect to pay, and finally your name, email address, and phone number.

You choose how much to tell us. Only the ZIP code and your contact details are needed for us to respond.

What we do with it

A care request goes to exactly two places: our client management system, which is where our care coordinators work, and one internal email address monitored by Noble Health staff. It goes nowhere else.

We use it to contact you about your request, to match a caregiver to the situation you described, and to keep our own records of who asked us for care and when.

If both destinations happen to be unreachable when you submit, your browser holds the request locally on your own device and tries again the next time you visit. It is discarded automatically after 24 hours or five attempts, whichever comes first. Nothing is sent anywhere in the meantime.

Partner referrals

Our hospice, assisted living, and skilled nursing pages have a separate referral form. What you submit there goes to one internal email address monitored by Noble Health staff, and nowhere else. We use it to connect you with the partner provider you asked about.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to updates from our care team, we store your email address for that purpose only. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes the address.

Website analytics

We use a privacy-preserving analytics tool to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they use. It is cookieless, it does not follow you to other websites, and it does not build an advertising profile of you.

We deliberately do not send your answers to analytics. When you move through the care request, what is recorded is the name of the step you reached, never what you typed into it. Values are checked against a fixed list before being sent and anything unrecognized is discarded, so a name or an address cannot leak through by accident.

There are no Google Analytics, Meta, or advertising-network trackers on this site.

Approximate location

When you open the care request we look up an approximate city and state from your internet connection, purely to save you typing. It is a rough guess at city level, it is never more precise than that, and anything you type yourself takes priority over it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s own local storage to remember your answers as you move between steps of the care request, so that going back does not lose your place.

Who else can see your information

Our technology providers can technically access data in the course of hosting and delivering our systems: the company that hosts this website, our client management system, and our email provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone from harm, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

Care requests are kept as business records for as long as we may need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete a request and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@mynoblehealth.com and we will respond.

Texas residents: you have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to appeal a refusal. The same address reaches us.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging care. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to it is limited to staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
