Beyond caregiving

Hospice care, support.

When a family is told it’s time for hospice, the last thing they need is a phone tree. One call to Noble Health connects you with trusted hospice partners, and our caregivers stay beside your family the whole way.

Hospice is medical, comfort-focused care delivered by a specialized team. Noble Health doesn’t provide hospice. We make sure your family reaches the right hospice partner quickly, and we keep providing the non-medical support that hospice teams don’t: the long hours of presence, the housekeeping, the meals, the companionship.

Families who work with us often keep their Noble Health caregiver alongside the hospice team. The hospice nurses manage comfort and medical needs; our caregiver keeps the household running and makes sure no one sits alone.

How it works

1Tell us the situation. a short form or a conversation. General information is all we need to start.
2We make the connection. we reach out to the right hospice partner and share what you’ve told us, so you don’t repeat it.
3Support continues at home. if you want it, your Noble Health caregiver stays, working around the hospice team’s schedule.
